With a background in institutional fundraising, private foundations, corporations, and healthcare, and federal and state application and contract management.

Susannah has partnered with organizations to design and implement development strategies that drive measurable results.
Her experience spans the social services, arts, and healthcare sectors, where she has cultivated donor relationships, designed stewardship programs, and led successful fundraising initiatives.

Susannah is passionate about equipping nonprofit leaders with the tools and confidence they need to grow their fundraising capacity and strengthen long-term sustainability.

Susannah earned her MBA from Cleveland State University, equipping her with a strong foundation in management and strategy that she applies to every client engagement. She is recognized for her ability to combine rigorous analysis with a deep understanding of nonprofit fundraising practice.

Christopher DeMeo, MBA, is a nonprofit strategist with a proven record of helping organizations design and execute high-impact fundraising and growth strategies.
